About David
David Bell is a sound therapist and shamanic practitioner in Denver, CO

My goal is to create a sacred space in which healing may occur, using sound to help relieve your stress and improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
My Story
Central to my story is my desire to bring comfort and beauty to others and to the world. The positive threads running through all the various jobs and positions I’ve had include forging strong connections, being creative and using my imagination, and helping people. Whether through my work as choir director for 25 years and a composer for longer than that, or in my roles in long-term health and elder care, teaching, financial aid, or nonprofit administration, I have always sought to help people in one way or another.
My story took an unexpected turn when I went to a career coach to help me find a career that’s more than just another job. When I started the process, I didn’t know that therapeutic sound, or sound healing, was even a thing. As I learned more about it, I realized that my driving talents and background in music, along with my desire to bring healing and beauty to other beings, made me a great fit for a career in sound therapy.
I am grateful for the support I’ve received from mentors, teachers, family, and friends to make this new chapter in my life possible.
